With over 40 years wielding his whisk and traveling around the globe, Chef Eric isn't just a culinary artist, he's a passionate alchemist of experience.

 

From Michelin-starred kitchens to intimate royal dinners, he's woven his magic for diplomats, celebrities, and families alike. Now, at his Walnut Grove Cookery School in France, his expertise flows effortlessly as he guides eager students through the intricate alchemy of classic French dishes. He doesn't just teach recipes; he instills a reverence for the land, the seasons, and the bounty that nature provides.

FROM MICHELIN STARRED KITCHENS TO ROYAL DINNERS

Eric, a distinguished chef with over 40 years of culinary expertise, has had the privilege of serving as the Private Chef for His Grace, the 11th Duke of Beaufort. His career has taken him through some of the most prestigious and historically significant kitchens in the United Kingdom, including Badminton House, the principal residence of the Beaufort family since the 17th century.

His culinary journey began in Paris at the age of 15, where he trained and graduated from the finest catering schools in the French capital.

He then spent 24 years in London as a Freelance and Private Chef, crafting exceptional cuisine for an elite clientele, including the German Ambassador, Her Majesty the Queen, and His Majesty the King of Jordan.

Under Chef Eric’s expert guidance, students receive personalized instruction and a rare opportunity to learn from a master of his craft.
