All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions

Payment
A minimum of 30% of total course fees is required at the time of reservation and is not refundable. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. We accept bank transfers, cheques in € Euros, and most major credit cards. However, due to the fee levied on us by the card companies, a charge will be made on credit card payments.

Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Prices

The prices quoted on our website or in our publicity and promotions from time to time are correct at the time of publication. In the event of any change in our prices to those stated we will notify you prior to accepting your booking. All our prices are quoted in EUR €.

 The school reserves the right to alter its programs.

Cancellation

This is our general refund policy. Please read it completely. No reservation will be accepted without your acknowledgement and agreement to these terms. All notifications of cancellation must be received in writing. On the date your cancellation is received, the following penalties will apply:

For all courses your 30% deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is normally due 60 days prior to departure. If you cancel after the final payment deadline, the following schedule applies:

  • 45 to 60 days – 50% of total price is non-refundable
  • 60 days – departure 100% of total price is non-refundable

 Once the week has commenced there will be no refunds on unused portions. Cancellations due to medical reasons can be covered by travel insurance (which we recommend all our guests purchase from their provider of choice). 

Due to the fact that we restrict our courses to no more than six participants we strictly adhere to this cancellation policy. We therefore recommend our clients take out CFAR (cancel for any reason) travel insurance to cover any cancellation.

Eric Duvin, trading as “The Walnut Grove” assumes no responsibility should client or operator cancel for any reason, including sickness, death in the family, conflict of war or any other circumstance under which Eric Duvin, trading as “The Walnut Grove”has any control. Upon booking, client should inquire about the terms and conditions of the program in which he/she is enrolled. Eric Duvin, trading as “The Walnut Grove” reserves the right to cancel a holiday, and in most cases his liability will be limited to refunding all money paid. Eric Duvin, trading as “The Walnut Grove” is not responsible for any expenses incurred to the client in preparing to attend any program, including non-refundable tickets, reservations, hotel and airfare.
